A Thought To Think About

Spotted at the back of a white Indica cab tonight, while on my way back home:

"If You A Poor When You Born, Its Not Your Fault

 If You A Poor When You Die, Its Yuor Fault"

I mean, forget the grammar and the spelling mistakes (that "Yuor" is on purpose by the way), but I think this crap makes sense. No?
