Moral Policing in Mangalore
Anger and disgust are the two things I feel about this incident.
Who gave them, the so called moral policemen, the right to assault women just because they wore "chotey chotey kapde" and went visiting to a pub?? Who appoints such people as the guardians of our customs, which in no terms states that women should be molested or assaulted? Who gave these losers the right to humiliate those women?
I condemn this incident from the bottom of my heart.
I only hope that the "real" police are as quick to impose a ban on such outfits (ironically, in this case "Sri Ram Sene") as they were in imposing a ban on musicians who played in places where alcohol was served. In this case, I only hope that justice and logic prevails.
